It was over four decades ago when Paul Schaben took off in a VW bus packed with hardware and supplies excited to share his time and skills with folks at agricultural fairs and shows across the Midwest.
While traveling, he quickly realized he enjoyed staying at hotels that provided a hot tub to relax and unwind after a long day. He found the warm, massaging water worked wonders on his arthritis and looked forward to coming back to the hotel after a hard day of work to relax and feel better. It wasn’t too long later when Paul decided he wanted to help others realize the same soothing relief and made it his goal to find a quality spa that was affordable and easy to put together. Back in those days, spas were installed in pieces and the process was anything but easy.
In 1983, Paul discovered Hot Springs Portable Spas, an impressive, easy to install spa. He loved the high quality design and was thrilled with how easy they were to set up. He quickly decided he wanted to represent them. As time went on and the popularity of home spas began to grow, Paul was pleased to see so many satisfied customers enjoying their hot tub purchase.
